Bright Ideas works with the Pacific Gas and Electric company to provide its customers with energy-saving home improvements. These improvements are designed to help low-income renters and homeowners lower their monthly energy bills while also maintaining a higher quality of living. Bright Ideas not only is one of the largest contractors in the California Central Valley, it is also one of the oldest. We have been taking care of our employees and customers for over 15 years and are proud to continue to offer our services to those who meet our qualifications.
