Can renters ask about the program?
Yes. Renters and homeowners may be eligible. Property requirements and any required owner permission still apply.
Are the improvements really no cost?
Approved ESA improvements are provided at no cost to eligible households. Not every home or improvement qualifies.
Does sending an inquiry mean I qualify?
